Topic:  HR Roundtable

Three popular topics remain of interest for discussion:

1. LAA Training: Recommendations for how best to get assistants up to speed quickly, ideas on formal and informal training programs.

2.  Candidate Pool:  This is on ongoing and relevant topic in the face of a diminishing LAA workforce - how is your firm addressing the need?  New models for staffing (pool of assistants versus direct 3:1 assignments, for example)?  Is it working?

3.  Non-Exempt Remote Work/Flex Time:  Generally it seems firms aren’t allowing non-exempt positions the opportunity to work from home.  With a new workforce coming out of college, remote work and flex time are often communicated as an expectation.  How do we adjust to these changing workforce expectations?
