Lisa Breiland and Amber Schreier of Robert Half Legal will be presenting to us on Managing a Multi-Generational Workforce.  The presentation addresses the most notable changes in the workplace as multiple generations work together. How do these four generations work together harmoniously? What do they value? They'll explore generational behaviors and gaps in the workplace, myths vs. reality, and provide timely advice to help you manage and retain talented employee teams of all generations, both now and in the future. They’ll also look at how a multi-generational workplace can strengthen diversity, which contributes to a more balanced and creative workplace.
