About the presenter: Russ Haskin is the Director of Business of Law Consulting at Wilson Legal Solutions. In this role, he serves as a trusted advisor to hundreds of law firms across the globe, ranging from small boutiques to those within the Am Law 10. He has more than 15 years’ experience in consultative work and research, achieving recognition as an expert in profitability, matter management, alternative fee arrangements, and partner compensation.
