Topic:  A roundtable discussion "Transitions Back to Onsite and Sharing Challenges/Success"

The ALAMN-HR Committee is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, April 6th at 12:00 CST.  Please join the Roundtable Discussion on Transitions Back to Onsite and Sharing Challenges and Success stories. 

In general, some of the questions we will be discussing are:

  • What percentage of companies have staff onsite?
    - Of those onsite, how was it determined who would be onsite and who works remote?
  • How did management /leadership message the plan for their return to work?
    - What was the feedback from the Staff to this messaging?
  • Do you have a new or restructured return to work policy?
  • Do you have a new or restructured remote work policy?
    - If not a new policy, did your current policy change? If so, how?
