     David Oxley, MBA, CLM, CISM, is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in information technology, cybersecurity, and business strategy across diverse sectors including legal and financial services. David has built and led technology and security programs that protect organizations, support innovation, and enable business continuity across highly regulated industries.  He has been active in professional associations, having served on the board and as President of ALAMN (2012-2014), served on committees at both the Chapter and Regional level, and has been a contributor to the Association of Legal Administrators’ CLM Study Guide.  He also was a member of ILTA's Security and Governance Content Committee and recently participated in a panel discussion on AI Model Governance at ARMA's InfoCon 2025.  David is known for his collaborative leadership style and his commitment to reduce risk while enhancing operational agility.
