PARKING

There is a large parking lot, and you may park anywhere in the lot for free. When you are looking at the main entrance, the parking lot is on the right side of the building. 

SET UP + WELCOME PACKET

Business Partners may arrive at Golden Valley Country Club beginning at 7:00am for set up!

Each registered Introductory and Itasca Level Business Partner will have one 8-foot rectangular table to set up on. Minnetonka, Mille Lacs, and Superior Sponsors have one 8-foot table + one 6-foot table. Each table will have a white tablecloth provided. If in your registration form, you marked that you would like power at your table, we will make sure you are at a table located near an outlet. Please note that you will only have access to one electrical plug-in source.

  • Superior: Six (6) Booth Staff
  • Mille Lacs: Five (5) Booth Staff
  • Minnetonka: Four (4) Booth Staff
  • Itasca: Two (2) Booth Staff
  • Intro: Two (2) Booth Staff 

You will be notified of your table number ahead of arrival. You will know you have landed in the right spot because there will be a Welcome Packet with your logo on it, as well as a sign with your table number. In your welcome packet, you will have the name badges for your registered Business Partner representatives, and your ten Meaningful Conversation Cards with instructions.

CHECK IN

Upon arrival, please check in at the registration desk to pick up your name badge and tell the staff what prize you brought for the drawing. 

PRIZE GIVEAWAY

You are able to display your donated prize at your table from set-up through take down between 2:45pm - 3:45pm.

Throughout the day you will interact with attendees. If during an interaction you feel you had a “meaningful conversation” you will give the attendee a card. Attendees will drop their Meaningful Conversation Cards into the drawing receptacle for an additional chance at prizes.

During the Happy Hour at the end of the day, we will draw from the collected cards and announce the winners of the donated prizes. Please do not conduct prize drawings in your booth.  You are free to collect member business cards for your marketing & sales follow up.  ALAMN and Jaffe Management want to draw the names at one time to be sure members only win one prize, to be fair for all attendees.  If you have any questions about the prize procedure, please reach out to Catherine Gorr or Deb O’Connor.

PROGRAMMING

ALAMN hopes that all Business Partner attendees will join our members for all meals and educational sessions! Meals and educational sessions are scheduled as follows:

  • Breakfast will be available from 8:00am - 8:45am in the main floor ballroom
  • Shari Harley, our first keynote speaker, takes the stage from 9:00 - 10:00am in the ballroom
  • Lunch will be available from 12:00 - 12:30pm in the ballroom. ALAMN will secure 2 seats at each table for Business Partners to connect with attendees during this time.
  • Tony Drees, our second keynote speaker, takes the stage from 12:45-1:45pm in the main floor ballroom 
  • Breakout Sessions - Our members, as well as Business Partners, may attend breakout sessions from 11:00am - 12:00pm and 2:45 - 3:45pm.

 BUSINESS PARTNER TIME

ALAMN has included dedicated Business Partner Time into the schedule. Attendees and Business Partners will be able to connect from 10:00 - 11:00am and 1:45 - 2:45pm. 

SHIPPING TO THE CONFERENCE

If you need to ship any items for the conference. Please send your packages to the address below no earlier than 9/19/2022 and notify Ali Carlson at [email protected] of any incoming packages the Country Club can expect. The staff at Golden Valley Country Club will hold packages in the Ballroom and it will be your responsibility to identify and move your packages to your respective booth during set up.

RETURN SHIPPING

Should you need to ship any items back once the conference is complete, please come prepared with the packaging and packing slip. If your package is ready for pick-up, attach the return label, schedule a pick up, and bring to the Main Clubhouse Entrance and leave the packages with our front desk receptionist.
